Cannot train this bot
Why the Train bot button is disabled.
Symptom
The Train bot button is disabled.
Cause
The Training panel shows the reason below the button. Training is possible when the bot shows Not trained or Needs retraining, its documents are not being changed, and the workspace is writable.
Fix checklist

| Upload at least one document to train the bot. | Upload at least one supported file. |
| The bot is up to date. Train again after you add or remove documents. | No training is needed until documents change. |
| Wait for the current document or training operation to finish. | Wait for the upload or the running training, or cancel it. |
| Training actions are unavailable while this workspace is read-only. | Wait for the team owner to restore write access. |
| This reading method needs a Pro or Ultra plan. | Choose Quick or Scanned files (OCR), or upgrade. |
If training does not start after you click Train bot:

If you changed a prompt only
System prompt and Max Mode changes apply to new conversations without retraining. Retrain only when documents changed.
