Bot statuses#
| Status | Meaning | What to do |
|---|
| No documents | No documents uploaded yet. | Upload documents. |
| Not trained | Documents are uploaded but not trained yet. | Train the bot. |
| Training | Training is queued or running. | Wait, or cancel. |
| Ready | The bot can chat, answer through the API, and run in the widget. | Use it. |
| Needs retraining | Documents changed after the last training run. The bot does not answer until it is trained again. | Train it again. |
| Status | Meaning |

| Widget is on | Visitors can start a chat when the bot is Ready and the website is allowed. |
| Widget is off | New visitor chats stop and the chat button is hidden from visitors. |
Team invitation status#
| Status | Meaning |
|---|
| Pending | The invitation is active and can still be accepted. |
| Accepted | The recipient accepted the link. |
| Assigned | The invitation has been assigned to a team member. |
| Expired | The invitation can no longer be accepted. |
| Cancelled | The owner cancelled the invitation. |

API token status#
| Status | Meaning |
|---|
| Active | External clients can use it. |
| Expired | Its expiry date has passed. |
| Revoked | You revoked it manually. |
Subscription status#
The Subscription page and Team Management show one status badge for the plan:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|
| Active | The plan is in effect. |
| Cancelling | A team cancellation is scheduled; the team is read-only and the date appears as "Ends on". |
| Usage paused | Credit usage is paused for the team. Chats and bots stay readable. |
| Read-only | Changes in the team are paused; see Read-only state. |
| Expired | The subscription period has ended. |
| Cancelled | The subscription was cancelled. |
